  • Our website at FindYourRoadHome.com and any other No Place Like Home Real Estate–branded web applications (collectively, the “Websites”);

  • Our mobile applications (“Apps”);

  • In-person interactions you have with us.

Together, these are the “Services.” References to “including” mean “including without limitation.”

We do not sell your Personal Information for money. We may “share” online identifiers for targeted advertising as defined under some state laws (see “Your State Privacy Rights”).

Other Information We Collect

“Other Information” does not identify you directly. Examples:

  • Browser/device info (type, OS, screen resolution).

  • App usage data.

  • Aggregate/demographic data.

Note: Advertising networks may collect data via cookies. You may opt out at NAI Consumer Opt-Out or via browser/device settings. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals but honor legally required universal opt-out signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control).

Choices and Access

Phone Calls and Text Messages

By providing your number, you consent to receive calls/texts (including automated and prerecorded messages) unless you opt out. Carrier charges may apply. You may revoke consent at any time via email or opt-out instructions in messages.

We comply with Do Not Call Registry rules. Calls may be recorded/monitored.

Retention of Information

We retain Personal Information as long as needed for business, legal, or contractual purposes. Factors include sensitivity, purpose, retention laws, and statutes of limitation.

Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party practices (e.g., Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft). When linking accounts or apps, their policies govern.

Minors

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe we have, contact us to request deletion.

Your Personal Information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where laws may differ from your own.

Wire Fraud & Fraudulent Communications

We will never send wiring instructions via email or text. If you receive such a request, do not respond. Contact us immediately at a verified number. Always confirm wiring details directly with your title/escrow officer.

Updates to This Policy

The “Last Updated” date above reflects the most recent revision. Changes take effect when posted. Continued use of the Services means you accept updates.
